It's months, nay, years away, but the Avengers sequel gathers apace. Those who were lucky enough to attend the SDCC this year saw a glimpse of the promotional marketing beginning to roll out, but until now the great unwashed have not been able to see the trailer that Joss Whedon and Marvel debuted.
Of course, there's no actual footage yet - nothing has gone before the actual cameras at this point - but we do know the film is called Age of Ultron and this teaser shows us a rotating Iron Man helmet turning into that of the big bad of the title - and that the film appears to be keeping with the classic design of the A.I. vision from the comics. Given the Iron Man connection, we think this AI technology might have a link to an evolving 'Jarvis', Stark's intelligent 'butler' voiced by Paul Bettany in the previous films...
With SHIELD debuting this week on television, Thor: The Dark World released later this year, Marvel Studios seem as if they're going to keep their finger on the marketing pulse for some time to come...
