In Dead Man Down, hitting cinemas across the UK this week, Colin Farrell (Total Recall, Seven Psychopaths) Noomi Rapace (The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, Babycall), Dominic Cooper (Devil's Double) and Terrence Howard (Iron Man) face off against each other and possibly other agendas in a neat gangland thriller directed by the original Dragon Tattoo's helmer Niels Arden Oplev.
When the body of a gang member is discovered in the freezer of crime kingpin Alphonse’s (Terrence Howard) mansion – a clear, brutal message has apparently been sent… or has it? As the gang reacts, members Darcy (Cooper) and Victor (Farrell) take it upon themselves to dig further into exactly who is after Alphonse. As a further complication to the gang, neighbour Beatrice (Rapace) discovers Victor has a dark secret and subsequently contracts him into a scheme to seek out her own kind of vengeance. With the violence escalating Alphonse begins to suspect that those out for revenge are closer than he suspected...
