Vin Diesel made a huge impression with the cinema-going public when Pitch Black debuted in 2000 - telling the story of a small group's fight for survival when their prison ship crashes onto the dark side of a planet where savage creatures stalked the long night. A broader, grander and more epic sequel followed, centred on Vin Diesel's character, Riddick, though biggr doesn't always mean better.
With the latest in the film series, simply entitled 'Riddick', Diesel is reteamed with original diretcor David Twohy and the story gets back to basics, with it's mix of dark humour, solid special effects and great action sequences.
To celebrate the opening of the film in UK cinemas this week (Riddick is released by EntertainmentOne on September 4th) Impact has five sets of goodie-bags up for grabs to UK readers. Each set consists of a branded 'Riddick' VEST, BACK-PACK, TORCH and BASEBALL CAP.
