Yes, barely a week can go by now without something Doctor Whoish going on. After all the attention on the anniversary, we now switch out radar to the Christmas special going out on Christmas Day evening and - as everyone now knows - featuring the last turn of Matt Smith as the titular Time Lord.
The BBC have now released a range of new images for the special. There's a familiar shot of Matt Smith (and, again, with a hidden Capaldi in the flames), but also shots including a festive Clara, a wooden Cyberman (or is that a cyber woodenman?), and the old reliable foes the Daleks.
We're hearing rather grim details about the plot of Time of the Doctor, but we suspect that, given the time of eyar, there should be some whimsy in there too.
