The Boston Globe and industry magazine, The Hollywood Reporter are stating that Daniel Craig - the latest actor in the 007 tuxedo - has left the new courtroom thriller 'The Whole Truth' which was due to start filming this week. The sudden departure allegedly happened on Sunday and has left the film's producers with a serious problem if the film is to continue as planned. The drama has already cast Renee Zellweger and Danny Huston has been in negotiations. It was slated to go before the cameras in Boston starting on April 14th.
The plot of the film, which had been announced during the recent Berlin Film Festival, had not been revealed though it is believed that Craig plays a District Attorney. Rumours now suggest the film will be put on hold for around three weeks as the production looks for another actor to step in as soon as possible.
The next James Bond outing, featuring Craig, is scheduled for release on October 23rd 2015...
