Arnold has always been a man who redefined where the lines were drawn. There was once an unwritten rule that men with great bodies were bereft of great minds. Schwarzenegger disproved this theory by displaying sufficient business acumen to become a millionaire during his competitive bodybuilding days, long before he took to the silver screen. Speaking of movies, it was a commonly held assertion that great athletes did not make great actors. The likes of Muhammad Ali, Bruce Jenner and Carl Lewis had all crashed and burned whilst trying to establish show business careers for themselves. Arnold proved them wrong again, going from low-budget schlock like Hercules Goes Bananas to high concept actioners like Commando, Total Recall and Terminator 2: Judgement Day. Another piece of unwritten Hollywood lore has it that action stars would be best-advised not to try their hand at comedy. Sylvester Stallone vehicles like Rhinestone, Oscar and Stop! Or My Mom Will Shoot seemed to bear this out.
